Unsolicited application as Project Manager (m/f/d)

To expand our team, we are always looking for dedicated Project Managers (m/f/d) who can support us with their strong communication skills, methodological expertise, and enthusiasm for exciting challenges.

Our application process

Our HR team personally reviews all applications we receive. We welcome well-structured application materials that clearly demonstrate your motivation for applying, your interest in our company, and your experience in project management. The candidates we believe are the best fit for us will be invited to a 30-minute phone interview. During this interview, we’d like to learn about your fundamental understanding of project management and answer any questions you may have about the position.

If we feel that you might be a good fit for us, we’ll invite you to a one-hour interview. This in-person meeting gives us the opportunity to get to know each other better and determine whether we’re a good match. If the interview goes well for both sides, you’ll have another meeting with our management team. If this meeting confirms that both sides are interested in working together, we’ll send you an employment contract.

We also welcome applications from experienced project managers who are freelancers and would like to join our PM Associates network. The application process initially follows a similar procedure to that for a permanent position. After reviewing your application materials, we will invite you to a phone interview. If this goes well for both parties, a face-to-face interview will follow in the presence of management and another colleague.

The start at House of PM

During your first few days, you’ll get to know House of PM’s organizational structure and service portfolio. You’ll also become familiar with all the key tools and processes.

When working on client projects, you’ll typically start alongside an experienced colleague whom you’ll support and who will guide you until you can gradually take on more responsibility as your experience grows.

When you start at House of PM, you’ll be paired with a mentor from among your colleagues for the first six months. The mentoring program is designed to support your personal and professional development. In regular, confidential discussions with your mentor, you’ll address questions about House of PM’s work processes and culture, as well as specific challenges within the team, with clients, or in your personal life (e.g., work-life balance).
