K\u00fcrzlich haben einige unserer Kollegen das Ubongo-Spiel als Werkzeug getestet, um die Prinzipien des agilen Projektmanagements zu erleben und zu verstehen. Das Spiel zeigt deutlich, dass die Art der Zusammenarbeit einen viel gr\u00f6\u00dferen Einfluss auf das Ergebnis hat als die individuelle Kompetenz der Spieler.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Materialien:<\/strong>\u00a0F\u00fcr die \u00dcbung ben\u00f6tigen wir pro Gruppe ein Ubongo-Spiel, Auftragskarten, Rollenkarten, Post-Its (f\u00fcr\u00a0den Back-log\u00a0in der zweiten Runde), eine Uhr zum Zeitnehmen und ein Flipchart zur Ergebniserfassung.<\/li><li><strong>Spielablauf:<\/strong>\u00a0Das Spiel besteht aus drei Runden. In jeder Runde wird ein anderer Prozess (Wasserfall, Kanban, Scrum) simuliert. Die Spieler wechseln die Rollen und erleben so die Auswirkungen unterschiedlicher Arbeitsweisen hautnah.<\/li><li><strong>Ergebnisse:<\/strong>\u00a0Die Simulation hat gezeigt, dass Teams durch agile Methoden wie Kanban und Scrum deutlich effizienter und produktiver arbeiten k\u00f6nnen.
