stand vor der Aufgabe, interne Prozesse zu modernisieren und eine neue Organisationsstruktur einzuf\u00fchren. Das Projekt war gut vorbereitet, die Ma\u00dfnahmen durchdacht \u2013 doch im Verlauf zeigte sich: Der Wandel stie\u00df auf sp\u00fcrbare Widerst\u00e4nde.<\/p><ul><li><p>Im F\u00fchrungsteam gab es unterschiedliche Vorstellungen \u00fcber Ziele und Vorgehen.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Zwischen Projektteam und Linienorganisation kam es wiederholt zu Missverst\u00e4ndnissen.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Viele Konfliktkl\u00e4rung mit externer Moderation<\/strong><br \/>Wir haben gezielt Dialogformate zwischen den beteiligten F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften initiiert. Mit externer Moderation konnten offene Fragen gekl\u00e4rt, Rollen gesch\u00e4rft und gemeinsame Ziele neu formuliert werden. Der Fokus lag auf Verbindlichkeit statt Konsens.<\/p><p><strong>2. Stakeholder-Einbindung mit Klartext<\/strong><br \/>Zentrale Anspruchsgruppen wurden fr\u00fchzeitig eingebunden \u2013 nicht nur formal, sondern inhaltlich. In Workshops, Einzelgespr\u00e4chen und interaktiven Formaten wurde offen \u00fcber Erwartungen, Sorgen und m\u00f6gliche Zielkonflikte gesprochen.<\/p><p><strong>3. Kommunikationsstrategie neu aufgesetzt<\/strong><br \/>Die Change-Kommunikation wurde konsequent \u00fcberarbeitet.
