Sie zeigt sich in unserem Miteinander, in der Art zu f\u00fchren, in unserer F\u00e4higkeit zur Selbststeuerung und sie beeinflusst direkt die Qualit\u00e4t und Nachhaltigkeit von Projektergebnissen.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Gerade dort, wo viel Tempo, Eigenverantwortung und Dynamik aufeinandertreffen, braucht es bewusste Rahmenbedingungen: f\u00fcr mentale Stabilit\u00e4t, soziale Verbindung und k\u00f6rperliches Wohlbefinden.
