Ob im gemeinn\u00fctzigen Sektor, in st\u00e4dtischen Bau und Abbruchprojekten oder heute bei House of PM: Mich reizt die Aufgabe, unterschiedliche Interessen, Ziele und Rahmenbedingungen so zusammenzuf\u00fchren, dass echte Ergebnisse entstehen.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Ich arbeite strukturiert, verantwortungsbewusst und mit dem Anspruch, komplexe Themen verst\u00e4ndlich und handhabbar zu machen. Dabei hilft mir mein Hintergrund in Sozial\u00f6konomie sowie Public und Nonprofit Management ebenso wie meine Erfahrung in der Steuerung anspruchsvoller Projekte.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Mein Fokus? Projektmanagement, das Orientierung schafft, Zusammenarbeit st\u00e4rkt und durch Digitalisierung und KI sp\u00fcrbar effizienter wird.<\/p><p>Privat finde ich Ausgleich im Sport und in der Musik.
