Die Projekte unterst\u00fctzen das Ziel bestehende Prozesse in den Werken weiter zu digitalisieren und automatisieren, um Nutzenpotentiale zu Heben und die Arbeitszufriedenheit der Prozessbeteiligten zu erh\u00f6hen. Anschlie\u00dfend wurden der Prozess und die Methodik dem Vorstand, der Projektleitung und dem Portfoliomanagement, welche ja schon von verteilten Orten aus arbeiteten, in einem virtuellen Kick-Off vorgestellt. Zum Einsatz kam MS Teams unter Benutzung der Apps Planner, Wiki und One Note. Sowohl das Projektportfoliomanagement inklusive Projekt Priorisierung als auch Ressourcenplanung wurde in MS Teams umgesetzt. Es wurde eine Arbeitsumgebungen f\u00fcr die einzelnen Projekte geschaffen, die klassisch als auch agil
