>> Focus on hybrid project management
House of PM was represented at Agile Lean Karlsruhe on March 14, 2025 - a central meeting point for experts from agile, classic and hybrid project environments. The personal exchange on site was particularly valuable for us.
The focus was on hybrid project management - in other words, the sensible combination of agile and traditional methods. Our colleagues Julia Hartenstein, Sebastian Kracht and Marcel Valentin held intensive discussions, gave impulses and provided a practical insight into our Masterclass “Hybrid Project Management”.
The dialog with interested parties clearly showed that the demand for flexible, adaptable project approaches is high. The challenges that teams have to deal with are just as diverse as the projects themselves. Hybrid project management offers the necessary balance between structure and agility.
