“Effective project management is constantly evolving. Those who remain open to new tools stay effective.”
My path to project management has taken me through many different roles: from a management trainee program to impact assessment in the nonprofit sector, and on to managing municipal construction and demolition projects for the City of Hamburg.
As diverse as these fields were, they all had one thing in common: they always involved coordinating numerous stakeholders, objectives, and constraints to successfully achieve the goal together. To me, that is the essence of good project management. I studied Social Economics (B.A.) and Interdisciplinary Public and Nonprofit Studies (M.Sc.) at the University of Hamburg, with a focus on Public and Nonprofit Management.
At House of PM, as a Junior Project Manager, I apply this perspective to the question that particularly interests me: How do digitalization and AI projects actually make processes more efficient? In my free time, I like to stay in shape through sports and make music myself. Both provide the necessary balance to my day-to-day work on projects.
