JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER (m/w/d)
Are you interested in learning professional project management and enjoy bringing structure to complex tasks? Do you think analytically, enjoy communicating with diverse people, and want to gradually take on more responsibility in client projects? Then join House of PM and strengthen our team as a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) with an interest in traditional and agile project management, a passion for collaboration, and a clear commitment to effectively driving projects forward.
How you can support us:
>> You will assist our clients with project and program management
>> You will help with project management, progress monitoring, and coordination with relevant stakeholders
>> You will create sub-project plans covering costs, timelines, resources, and next implementation steps
>> As you gain experience, you will take on responsibility for specific aspects of a project and continue to develop your technical and methodological skills
What we expect from you
>> A degree or initial relevant professional experience
>> An interest in traditional or agile project management and a passion for bringing structure to complex situations. Ideally, you hold a recognised project management certification such as IPMA, PMI or a comparable qualification
>> Fluency in both German and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills
>> Strong analytical thinking, a sense of responsibility and the ability to understand our clients' requirements and challenges
>> Willingness to travel for client meetings when required by the project

>> We believe in transparency. Depending on your professional experience, qualifications and individual profile, the gross annual salary for this position ranges from **€42,000 to €58,800** (€3,500 to €4,900 gross per month). If your experience and skills are a strong match, we are happy to discuss your individual position within this salary range.
