JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER (m/w/d)
Are you interested in learning professional project management and enjoy bringing structure to complex tasks? Do you think analytically, enjoy communicating with diverse people, and want to gradually take on more responsibility in client projects? Then join House of PM and strengthen our team as a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) with an interest in traditional and agile project management, a passion for collaboration, and a clear commitment to effectively driving projects forward.
How you can support us:
>> You will assist our clients with project and program management
>> You will help with project management, progress monitoring, and coordination with relevant stakeholders
>> You will create sub-project plans covering costs, timelines, resources, and next implementation steps
>> As you gain experience, you will take on responsibility for specific aspects of a project and continue to develop your technical and methodological skills
Was wir uns von dir wünschen:
>> Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder erste relevante Praxiserfahrung
>> Interesse an klassischem oder agilem Projektmanagement und Freude daran, Struktur in komplexe Situationen zu bringen. Idealerweise besitzt du eine anerkannte Zertifizierung im klassischen Projektmanagement (IPMA, PMI, etc.)
>> Deutsch und Englisch beherrscht du fließend in Wort und Schrift
>> Analytisches Denken, Verantwortungsgefühl und Sensibilität für Anforderungen und Problemstellungen unserer Kund:innen
>> Bereitschaft zu projektbedingten Kundenterminen vor Ort, soweit diese notwendig sind
