How does the Lean Coffee method work?

The Lean Coffee method is a structured yet informal meeting method. Participants bring their topics with them on cards, which are then collected and prioritised. The highest prioritised topics are then discussed in short, time-limited discussions. This method makes it possible to talk about the most important issues in an effective and focussed manner while at the same time responding flexibly to the needs of the group.
