GPM® Basic Certificate
The GPM® Basic Certificate provides the knowledge base for active participation in projects on an equal footing – even for employees who are only partially involved in projects. The knowledge transfer takes place in a 3-day modular online seminar in small groups of 8–12 participants.

Projects have become an integral part of everyday working life. Companies and public institutions – whether large or small – nowadays set up many projects that require the interdisciplinary involvement of employees from all areas.
Not everyone involved in a project needs to be a project management expert. However, knowledge of the basic terms, methods and tools also facilitates professional collaboration in the projects, simplifies communication and promotes the prospects of success of the joint project work.
With the basic certificate in project management, PM-ZERT, the certification body of the GPM Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement e. V. (GPM German Association for Project Management) offers confirmation that the knowledge acquired corresponds to the current international standard (according to ICB). It is therefore a suitable qualification instrument for career planning and personnel development.

1,280.00 Euro plus 19% VAT (online seminar for knowledge transfer and preparation for the certification exam)

optional: EUR 225.00 plus 7% VAT (certification fee, which will be invoiced separately after certification directly by PM-ZERT)
Methodology and didactics
The online seminar uses a wide variety of formats such as trainer lectures and presentations, group work by participants, practical examples and exercises. The workshop character is intended to ensure that not only the certification exam is successfully completed, but also that the participants can apply what they have learned in their future work as soon as possible. Comprehensive teaching material supports the participants in their preparation, course implementation and learning for the certification exam. In addition to the specialist knowledge, participants learn how to work in virtual teams.
As a licensed GPM course provider, House of PM works together with the "GPM authorized training partner" Wilhelm Mikulaschek from PM Lead to offer GPM certification courses, thus ensuring the necessary technical expertise.
