Hybrid project management combines agile and traditional project management methods. It allows the flexibility of agile approaches such as Scrum or Kanban while maintaining the structure and control of classic methods. The hybrid approach adapts to the specific needs of a project as well as to its changes over the course of the project life cycle, utilizing the strengths of both worlds.

Details of the masterclass

  • In a two-day training session, you will learn how to combine the agile and classic PM worlds in a targeted way and tailor them to your current project. 
  • Using practical case studies, we show and discuss solution variants for various project situations. 
  • You create your appropriate project design with the help of the provided method kit. 
  • We support you in successfully approaching methods that are still unfamiliar to you and ensuring that your team follows your lead. 
  • The training takes place at the House of PM premises at Ferdinandstraße 12, 20095 Hamburg.

The master class will be held in three blocks.

Preliminary appointment (virtual)

Two weeks before the start of the master class, a one-hour preliminary meeting will take place. Here, the participants can get to know each other and have the opportunity to present their projects or bring examples that will later be part of the master class. The meeting will take place via Microsoft Teams.
