Why Project Management Essentials? Projects are an integral part of everyday working life today. But not every employee needs to be a PM expert. Even just understanding basic terms and methods improves collaboration and increases project success. This training enables your employees to act confidently, in a structured manner, and with a sense of agency in the project environment.

What you can expect

Mit Flipcharts, Stiften und Sticky Notes tauchen wir direkt in die PM-Welt ein. Das Training folgt einem aktivierenden Lernkonzept mit kurzen Impulsen und praxisnahen Übungen. Die Teilnehmenden arbeiten mit realen Projektbeispielen und reflektieren typische Situationen aus ihrem Arbeitsalltag. So entsteht ein direkter und nachhaltiger Praxistransfer. Projektmanagement wird hier nicht theoretisch vermittelt, sondern gemeinsam angewendet und erlebt.

Participation information


 

The training lasts one day. Compact, intensive, and practical. 

The in-house training takes place directly at your premises or at a location organized by you. This keeps travel distances short and minimizes the time required for participants. Our trainers are active throughout Germany and are happy to come to your location.

Bring your project with you
If you wish, you are welcome to bring your own project example with you. Applying the methodology directly to practical cases promotes sustainable knowledge building. This allows you to benefit directly in your everyday project work.

No prior technical knowledge is required for this training course.
