The future of project management – Greater efficiency with chatbots and AI

Whether you work in a team or in project management, learn how to work noticeably smarter with AI and chatbots. In our training course, you will use practical examples to learn how routine tasks can be automated, how well-founded decisions can be made, and how collaboration can be made more flexible and efficient.

Why AI training? Because now is the time to stay ahead of the curve and eliminate gaps in knowledge and uncertainties. Our training provides clarity about the opportunities, limitations, and risks of AI while also providing a practical toolkit that can be used to tackle everyday projects more effectively, quickly, and with greater ease.

What you can expect

This practical training course teaches participants how GenKI chatbots can be used effectively in project management. It demonstrates how AI works and how this technology can be integrated into work processes in a targeted manner. Practical exercises and case studies provide hands-on experience of how chatbots can provide sustainable and profitable support in everyday project work.

Participation information


 

The training lasts one day. It is compact, intensive, and practical. You can choose to participate online or on-site in Hamburg. The in-person event will take place at House of PM, Ferdinandstraße 12, 20095 Hamburg. Centrally located and easily accessible.

Participation costs €650 per person, including 19% VAT. For on-site appointments, a meal allowance of €50 will be added. Drinks, snacks, and a group lunch will be provided. And best of all:€50 catering fee will be added for drinks, snacks, and a group lunch. And best of all: The event is guaranteed to take place with a minimum of three participants.

Bring your project with you
If you wish, you are welcome to bring an anonymized project example with you, ideally abstracted so that we can work on it together using AI tools. This will allow you to benefit directly in your everyday project work.

Technical requirements
Please ensure in advance that:

  • You have access to Miro
  • Bring your own laptop
  • You have access to at least one AI tool with unlimited use or two tools with limited use.
    We recommend: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, Le Chat, Claude, Gemini, or DeutschlandGPT.

Program


 

Time: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (including lunch break)

  • Understand how AI works – what generative AI really does – and how you can use tools such as ChatGPT in your everyday project work.
  • Communicate better with AI – practical prompting tips for meetings, minutes, emails, and more – simple, effective, surprising.
  • Using AI safely and sensibly – Legal, ethical, and organizational foundations for the responsible use of AI.

 

Lunch break: approx. 12:45 p.m.

 

  • Experience and apply tools live – Whether structural aids, text modules, or risk assessments: you can try out for yourself what really works in practice.
  • AI throughout the project lifecycle – from initiation to completion – real examples and workflows for your project work.

Training team

Sibylle Schmidtke, Managing Director at House of PM, demonstrates how artificial intelligence creates real added value in project management. She brings many years of experience in organizational consulting and complex projects to the table.

Julia Hartenstein, Project Manager at House of PM, stands for structure, methodological reliability, and practical solutions in everyday team work.

Together, they impart not only sound knowledge, but also concrete applications—understandable, directly implementable, and on an equal footing. As authors of the article “ChatGPT as an assistant in the design of a risk management workshop” in the book “AI in Project Management 2,” they combine practical relevance with innovative thinking.
