>> House of PM:
Declaration of consent for the storage of my applicant data
I agree that
If I do not agree to an extension, the application data will be automatically deleted from the talent pool after 12 months.
The application data may include all information that I have provided during the application process (e.g., in cover letters, resumes, references, interviews, questionnaires, and similar documents). Insofar as “special categories of personal data” within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR are included (e.g., information about any severe disability or a photo that reveals my ethnic origin), my consent also applies to this data.
Furthermore, consent applies to data relating to my activities and qualifications that are publicly available and were collected during the application process, for example via professional social networks.
The granting of this consent is voluntary and has no effect on my chances in the original application process.
I am aware that I can withdraw my consent at any time by contacting HoPM, for example by sending an email to hr@hopm.eu. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to withdrawal.
If I do not give my consent or withdraw my consent, my data will be deleted when it is no longer required for any ongoing application process.
If there is a legitimate interest that prevents the immediate deletion of the data, my data will be deleted immediately after this interest ceases to exist. This legitimate interest may, for example, be the obligation to provide evidence in proceedings under the AGG. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) f of the GDPR.
