On Friday, our focus day took place at the House of PM office. We use this format at the beginning of each quarter. As a team, we work intensively on our OKR sets (Objectives and Key Results). OKR is more than just a target system for us. It creates clarity, promotes transparency and strengthens collaboration.

The focus day helps us to visualize internal issues that need to be prioritized. So stellen wir sicher, dass wir unsere Ressourcen gezielt und sinnvoll einsetzen. Wir klären im Team, wer die Kapazität hat, einzelne Themen mit Energie und Verantwortung voranzubringen.
