DISG model as a tool for analysing personality

Our internal training took place in the inspiring premises of the Loft in the Frachtraum on Neuer Wall. This special location provided us with the ideal environment to immerse ourselves in the content of the DISG model and at the same time encourage creative thinking. The atmosphere in the loft, combined with the expertise of our trainers, enabled us not only to grasp the model in theory, but also to apply it in practice.

How does the DISC model improve our collaboration?
