Focus day at House of PM: A protected space for further development and collaboration

Last Friday, we at House of PM held our focus day at the office - a tried and tested quarterly format that gives us the opportunity to work on our OKR sets (Objectives and Key Results) in a focused and team-oriented manner. For us, OKR is not just a tool for goal setting, but an approach that promotes focus, transparency and collaboration.

Setting priorities and clarifying capacities

The focus day enables us to identify internal topics that need to be prioritized and to ensure that we make the best possible use of available resources. We check who in the team has the capacity to drive these topics forward at full speed.

What makes our focus day special is the protected setting: In addition to the content-related work, there is a strong focus on methodological and personal development. We use the time to try out new approaches, refine moderation techniques and learn from the experiences of the team members. In this way, we create an environment that allows experimentation and at the same time strengthens implementation skills.
