For the internal support of our team we are currently looking for a People and Talent Manager part time (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

As our part-time People and Talent Manager, you will play a key role in people management and development. Your responsibilities will include:

>> Budget planning and further development of the HR strategy

>> Definition, creation and evaluation of HR-relevant statistics and key figures

>> Design and implementation of personnel development measures in line with corporate strategy

>> Innovative Recruiting and Talent Search

>> Management of internal training

>> Planning, coordination and design of the onboarding of new employees

>> Conception, development and optimization of HR concepts, processes and instruments

>> Supervision of diploma students and interns

 

YOUR PROFILE

To be successful in this position, you should contribute the following:

>> Ideally completed studies or vocational training in the field of human resources management

>> At least 3 years of professional experience as HR manager or in a comparable position

>> Strong recruiting skills and experience in conducting interviews with confidence

>> Ability to set clear goals and communicate realistic expectations

>> Independent, careful and structured way of working

>> Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong sense of initiative

>> Social competence and excellent interpersonal skills, especially a high level of empathy and conflict resolution skills
